candles ship approximately 1-3 business days after order is placed. unfortunately we do not do international shipping at this time.
all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.
we cannot be held responsible for the speed at which USPS or other carriers deliver your package. we will not issue refunds regarding shipping transit times. all issues regarding guaranteed delivery dates should be made via the shipping carrier.
damages + issues.
due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. please note we also do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. however, we’ll be more than happy to replace or refund products damaged during transit. if your candles were damaged during shipment, please contact us at hello@shopcloudland.com with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.
we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen during shipment. please forward all shipping related questions to the shipping carrier.
