Shipping policy

Candles will ship approximately 1-3 business days after your order is placed. All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

Cloudland Candle Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that you have reviews your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to amend any shipping labels.

If a package is returned by the shipping company due to an incorrect address, the additional cost to reship the package is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
